Ministry of Human Rights in collaboration with Sindh Judicial Academy and United Nations Development Programme held a two- day training  session on 2nd and 3rd December, 2025 for a batch of 25 District and Sessions Judges of interior Sindh and Karachi on implementation of Concluding Observations given by the UN Human Rights Committee after review of Pakistan’s Second Periodic Report on International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Ministry of Human Rights in collaboration with Sindh Judicial Academy and United Nations Development Programme held a two- day training  session on 2^nd and 3^rd December, 2025 for a batch of 25 District and Sessions Judges of interior Sindh and Karachi on implementation of Concluding Observations given by the UN Human Rights Committee after review of Pakistan’s Second Periodic Report on International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.The Honorable judges were sensitized about Pakistan’s international human rights related commitments. Afterwards, specific sessions on judicial oversight with respect to rights of prisoners were conducted. The Sindh Judicial Academy and participants appreciated this training programme and agreed to continue these training courses in future to ensure implementation of Pakistan’s international commitments effectively.
