Moreover, total sanctioned strength of Ministry of Human Rights and its attached departments, Commissions/Authorities is 1590, the 2% disability quota comes to 31 and presently 36 disabled persons are working against these posts, as such (05) Five disabled persons have been employed more than requisite quota as provided above. If there is any short fall in the observance/implementing of 2% disability quota, the same will be fulfilled in future recruitment. 3. Upon The Reference of the Establishment Division’s O.M.No.34/3/86-R-V, dated 2nd February, 2023 on the subject noted above and to state that Ministry is observing/implementing 2% disability employment quota in letter and spirit (Annex-I). All concerned attached Department, Commissions & Authorities of this Ministry have also been advised to implement the 2% disability quota in its true spirit.
