The Federal Minister for Law & Justice and Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, chaired the 10th meeting of the Diyat, Arsh, and Daman Fund. The committee, comprising the Federal Secretary for Human Rights, Allah Dino Khowaja, representatives from the Ministry of Interior and officials from the Home and Prison Departments of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, approved nine cases of prisoners unable to pay their dues, including women with children, juveniles, and those with physical or mental illnesses. The Minister emphasized transparency, efficiency, and collaboration among federal and provincial authorities to ensure justice for vulnerable prisoners.
