Key discussions focused on financial inclusion for women, the Banking on Equality policy, and initiatives supporting women’s financial empowerment. Additionally, the program addressed gender biases at workplaces, advocating for gender-sensitive policies, and collaborating with institutions to combat gender-based discrimination.
